When do I need to RSVP by?As early as possible! To help us plan the wedding and other events accordingly, please RSVP by January 31, 2025 if you're oversea guests. If you're a local guest, please RSVP by February 28, 2025.

What is the easiest way to get to and from the wedding venue?The venue is extremely accessible at the heart of Bangkok. It is 10 minute walk from Chidlom BTS Station. You can easily drive to the venue or call a Grab or Taxi.

What time should I arrive?Please refer to your RSVP confirmation email for this detail. For dinner reception, please arrive promptly at 6 PM

Will the wedding be indoor or outdoor?All the ceremonies and dinner reception will be held indoor at the Glass House which is fully air-conditioned. However, there are amazing photo spots outdoor around the park for guests to view and take photos. Bring your best pair of sunglasses!

What is the dress code? Do I need to follow the suggested colors?No, you do not need to follow the suggested colors. The dress code is cocktail. Please note that it is not appropriate (in Thai culture) for female guests to wear black or white to the wedding. Feel free to wear any colors you prefer! We put suggested themes to add a pop of colors to the day. The bridesmaid will wear shades of green. For male guests, black, navy and grey suits are welcomed.

Do you have a registry? Should I bring a gift?Your presence is the greatest gift to us. If you wish to contribute, a monetary gift would be most welcomed! For overseas guests, please refer to overseas guests FAQ for this question.

Can I bring a date, plus one or kid?Please check your invitation for the names included. Due to limited capacity, we unfortunately will not be able to accommodate additional guests. If you have questions, please reach out to us.

How do I know if I am invited to attend Tea and/or Vow Ceremony?We have reserved Tea Ceremony to our families and overseas friends. For our Vow Ceremony, if you're able and planning to attend, please indicate in the RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

What language will the ceremonies or reception be in?Primarily English! Our MC and planner are fluent in both Thai and English. Where possible, Thai translations will be provided for the guests. Unfortunately, we're unable to accommodate other languages. Most of our invited guests are fluent in English.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?Yes! However, please avoid taking photos during the ceremonies as we have hired professional photographers and videographers.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?Please let us know via RSVP form. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any concerns.

What type of food will you be serving for dinner?We're excited to serve a four course western style meal to all our guests. Please indicate your choice of main course in the RSVP form.

When should I book my flight?It depends! We believe that the best time is probably December-January to book the flight to Bangkok in May. Last year, we booked our flight in January for the trip in May 2024. If you see a deal, just go for it! A 'cheaper' flight from Toronto is about ~CAD$1,600-1,700. Leo & I are planning to book some time in December/January!

Do I need to bring a gift?No. Absolutely not! You will be travelling all the way to Bangkok so truly, your presence at our wedding is more than we can ask for. Thank you so much for coming!

What is the weather in Bangkok like in May?Thailand is hot and humid all year. May is considered Summer in Thailand so average temperature can go up to 35 celsius or higher. Please pack accordingly! There is also a chance that it may rain during your stay however, it is not going to be constant rain.

Who else is coming from overseas?Mainly our friends and family, from around the world: Canada, USA, UK and Hong Kong! Our plan is to travel and spend time with the overseas guests together. Please let us know when you're planning to arrive/leave Bangkok by filling out the form in the Travel & Stay page. This will help us plan events before/after the wedding with all our beloved overseas guests.

When should I arrive/leave Bangkok?Whenever it works for you! We will have a rehearsal dinner a 1-2 days before the wedding and other social activities after the wedding date. All of these are optional however, if you're in Bangkok, we'd love to hang out with you!

Do I need to bring cash to Bangkok?Most places like restaurants and malls accept Credit Card (Mastercard/Visa) however, most street vendors only accept cash. Some places also accept Alipay. It is recommended for you to bring cash for when you visit street markets and local food vendors.

Will you have other wedding-related events?Yes! We are planning to travel as a group and we would love for you to be a part of it. Stay tuned. As we put the plan together, we'll be sharing updates with you!

Will I get stomachache in Thailand?It depends! Leo has gotten it every time because he was not prepared and was too adventurous. Some tips: Only drink bottled water. Avoid ice in all drinks at street market. Anything bought from malls/shops are fine. Avoid "fresh" fruit juice or smoothie at street market. It is NOT clean. For guests with sensitive stomaches it is recommended to take medicine(ie. Gravol)

Do you have hotel discounts?We do! Only for Movenpick as it is by our venue. However, it is recommended to check the pricing through Agoda or other websites to make sure you're getting the best prices.
